We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to turn our product into easy to use software for our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional experience with responsive design, UX/UI design and a creative mindset.
Role and responsabilities:
- Definition and maintenance of product guidelines.
- Develop mockups and prototypes and create original graphic design.
- Work with a team of designers to ensure all designs deliver great user experience.
- Inspire cultural and professional team growth.
- Lead and Promote Design Thinking activities.
- Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating mockups and graphics for web interfaces.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or other visual design and wireframing tools.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with our team of software developers.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Strong attitude in creating strategies to proactively drive innovation with new options made available by upcoming technologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
