Junior Business Development

We are THRON, a team of people who develop software that allows companies to organize data and content and publish them on their communication channels. Naturally inclined to innovate, we use our technological expertise to guide and inspire others, convinced that digital – beyond just bits – is a matter of culture and processes. What you will do

You will join one of the most stimulating and dynamic areas of the THRON Valley: the Sales area!

 

In this regard
  • you will use tools like email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and attend industry events to identify and reach potential clients;
  • you will assist in the development and implementation of Outreach strategies to generate qualified leads;
  • you will support the management and optimization of the lead generation process to maximize its effectiveness;
  • you will create and send personalized and engaging messages to potential clients;
  • you will help monitor and analyze the performance of Outreach campaigns;
  • you will work closely with the Sales team to transfer qualified contacts;
  • you will keep the lead and contact database updated in the company CRM;
  • you will participate in weekly meetings with the team to discuss progress and strategies.

 

You might be the right person if
  • you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • you are interested in pursuing a career in Sales and are passionate about client relationships;
  • you know how to create personalized and relevant messages for potential clients;
  • you have strong analytical skills aimed at monitoring the performance of commercial campaigns;
  • you are proactive and able to work autonomously towards goals;
  • you have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

What you will do

You will be joining one of the most exciting areas of THRON Valley: the Revenue area!

We are looking for a person to join our Customer Success team who is passionate about Saas and wants to work closely with customers to ensure their success.

 

In this regard

  • you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention, maximising the value they get from the SaaS product, and helping to reduce churn rates and increase upsell opportunities;
  • you will lead the onboarding of new customers, offering customised support in product configuration;
  • you will monitor and analyse product usage to identify successes and opportunities for improvement;
  • you will build trusting relationships with customers by being their main point of contact;
  • you will resolve any customer issues in a proactive and timely manner;
  • you will collaborate with our Product and Marketing teams to improve THRON based on customer feedback;
  • you will organise workshops and training sessions to optimise product utilisation;
  • you will implement upsell strategies, increasing customer value.

 

You may be the right person if

  • if you are naturally customer-oriented;
  • if you know the Saas product and target market;
  • if you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as negotiation skills;
  • if you are skilled in time management and apply analytical and problem solving thinking, with a strong ability to work on data;
  • if you are skilled in the transmission of knowledge with an educational content.
