Identity Management

Define for every platform user their roles and permissions

Being able to manage the access to the content of single users or groups avoids the uncontrolled content proliferation on different channels. The possibility to keep the files under control helps prevent the anarchy that often spread when you use third-party tools, such as email management tools or file-sharing ones.

THRON offer a double control: from a side, you can assign permissions that define which are the allowed actions inside a platform; on the other side, you can define the access and changes rights on content and folders.

To make things easier, there are prearranged permission sets that correspond to the different roles people have in the workflow (Content User, Sales Account). Assigning roles lets you frame better the tasks of every person involved in the content creation, publication and delivery process and your company will gain efficiency and agility.

  • PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR: the global administrator of the platform. He is in charge of the Identity Management and of the Dashboard configuration. He can access all Platform's sections and monitor every activity through the Platfrom Audit.
  • CONTENT EDITOR: his primary role is to create and enrich content. He creates content, updates them, enriches them assigning appropriate title, description and thumbnail. Moreover, he is responsible to create and assign tags to content.
  • CONTENT INTELLIGENCE MANAGER: the manager of the whole Content Intelligence, from the production of content to their approvation, from the assignment of tags to the publication of content into the various digital channels. He is the manger of the taxonomy dictionary.

  • SALES ACCOUNT: a salesperson who collects and analyzes strategic insights by accessing the Single Customer View in order to provide a personalized communication to all clients. He can share content to shared folders or by direct link.

  • DEVELOPER: who realizes any integration project involving THRON and its content. He can create new template with the Content Experience and generate embed codes, he can access the single content's intelligence dashboard in order to verify the effectiveness of the integration project.

  • CONTENT USER: the basic user of the Platform. He can be internal or external to the organization, he can create its own content and share them with other Platform users. Business profiles typically associated with this role include Agencies, Peripheral Marketing Departments or Retailers.

If your company already uses an identity management platform, you can integrate it with THRON through the SAML protocol.

In this way, all the users data and authentication criteria pass from a tool to the other.
