How it works

By managing identities, you can define

● the role of each user and platform permissions

access rights to content and folders

Since all the content is located on the same platform, it can be shared by simply changing the relevant access permissions, without having to download or duplicate content to send it separately, perhaps via email, with the subsequent risk of losing data between different silos.

You can also integrate THRON with your company identity management platform via SAML connection.

  • PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR: the global administrator of the platform. He is in charge of the Identity Management and of the Dashboard configuration. He can access all Platform's sections and monitor every activity through the Platfrom Audit.
  • CONTENT EDITOR: his primary role is to create and enrich content. He creates content, updates them, enriches them assigning appropriate title, description and thumbnail. Moreover, he is responsible to create and assign tags to content.
  • CONTENT INTELLIGENCE MANAGER: the manager of the whole Content Intelligence, from the production of content to their approvation, from the assignment of tags to the publication of content into the various digital channels. He is the manger of the taxonomy dictionary.

  • SALES ACCOUNT: a salesperson who collects and analyzes strategic insights by accessing the Single Customer View in order to provide a personalized communication to all clients. He can share content to shared folders or by direct link.

  • DEVELOPER: who realizes any integration project involving THRON and its content. He can create new template with the Content Experience and generate embed codes, he can access the single content's intelligence dashboard in order to verify the effectiveness of the integration project.

  • CONTENT USER: the basic user of the Platform. He can be internal or external to the organization, he can create its own content and share them with other Platform users. Business profiles typically associated with this role include Agencies, Peripheral Marketing Departments or Retailers.
